기존의 차량 관리 분야는 전문적인 지식이 필요한 분야라는 인식 때문에 실제 차량을 운행하는 오너들은 쉽게 접근하지 못하는 영역이었습니다. 나와 가족의 안전한 운행을 책임지는 차량 관리를 소홀히 할 수 없음을 인식하는 차량 오너들이 늘어가고 있었지만 이들을 위한 제품과 서비스가 이전에는 전무하다고 할 수 있었습니다. 이에, 인포카는 차량의 운행 안전과 밀접하게 관련된 차량진단, 차량관리, 운행진단, 운행관리, 소모품 관리 등의 다양한 서비스를 품은 INFOCAR APP과 차량의 핵심 데이터 및 정보를 추출하기 위한 INFOCAR SMART SCANNER라는 제품을 개발하기 위해 2016년 설립되었습니다. 위와 같은 사명 아래 3년간의 연구와 개발에 매진한 결과 인포카 스마트 스캐너, 모바일 앱 어플리케이션, 서버로 구성된 차량 진단 및 관리 플랫폼인 “인포카”를 출시하였습니다. 그 과정에서 인포카는 차량 데이터 분석과 관련한 30여 건의 지식재산권을 보유하게 되었고, 현재 국내 점유율 1위는 물론, 2022년 10월 기준 전 세계 500만 이상의 사용자를 확보한 기업으로 성장하는데 성공하였습니다.

INFOCAR consists of two major solutions. One is INFOCAR SMART SCANNER for extracting key data and information of the vehicle. And the other is INFOCAR APP platform that has various services such as vehicle diagnosis, vehicle management, driving diagnosis, driving management, and consumables management that are responsible for vehicle safety. As a result of research and development under the above mission, “INFOCAR”, a vehicle diagnosis and management system consisting of INFOCAR smart scanner, mobile APP application, and server, was released. As a result, Infocar Co., Ltd. succeeded in growing into a company with 5.5 million users worldwide.
